He could feel the cloth wrapping slowly around his throat, wrists, and ankles, like snakes. Without warning, they tightened, jerking him up into the air. Despite his position and extreme discomfort, he remained completely calm. His yellow eyes fell onto the source of the living scarves that held him in the air. They all converged on one man, a tall thin man, wearing several layers, messy black and white hair, and a scarf cover his face. Felix knew the man, it was not hard for him to be identified, especially with the three eyes marked on the scarf that covered his face. The man, was in fact, not a man, but a god, his god, the Kishin Asura. Felix watched as Asura slowly tilted his head to one side, as if he was examining the teen that was now in his grasp. His lips parted, but no sound came forth, the Kishin, in response, only tightened his grip on Felix's neck, causing him to struggle for air. He didn't understand, what had he done wrong? He had followed everything that Asura had instructed, and yet he was going to die at his hands. This could not be how it ended, it wasn't possible.
"But... I'm... Your... Heir..." Felix gasped, watching as one of the Kishin's twitching hands slowly reached up to his own face, hooking the bottom of the scarf with a single finger and pulled it up, to reveal that most sadistic and insane ridden smile, Felix had ever seen, and the last thing he would. The scarf around his next jerked suddenly and-
Felix opened his eyes, light from the setting sun shining over him in the empty courtyard. Slowly, he turned his head, from one side, to the other, eyes moving, surveying his surroundings. He was standing in the middle of a basketball court, alone. No one was even waking by, at least, not at that precise moment. It would appear that he had lapsed into a moment of pure insanity, completely consumed by his own madness and hallucinations. It happened from time to time, since his coming of age ritual, it had been occurring more and more with increasing frequency. At this point he wasn't sure if the hallucinations were trying to guide him or destroy him. Of course it was difficult, and dangerous to read into figments of one's own sub-conscious.
The street lamps flickered on as the natural light continued to dim. Felix, turned in place, before walking the few feet there were between himself and the closest park bench. Letting gravity take hold, rotating on his foot, he fell onto the bench, landing just right as to not land on his knife, attached to the back of his belt, under his jacket. Letting out a sigh, he allowed his head to fall back and his eyes to close. Madness, though it did not radiate from him, was very strong in his soul, and from his perspective, that was a good thing. It meant that he would be strong, that he was truly destined to be the heir of Asura and to take his place as the face of madness in the world. He would probably never be as powerful, but he would certainly make an impact. A small smile spread on his lips at the thought of being a full blown Kishin. It would be absolutely wonderful, he would lead the world into true peace with the aid of madness.

The rose cruse came popping out of her back. The vines wrapping around her whole body squeezing until she could not longer breathe. The it went inside her skin as she was dyed black no longer a pale color. She was pure black. Thats when she screamed wailing as her insides burned and what came out of her mouth-.
Tama woke up with a jolt. Sweat dripped from her forehead. Her glasses were all fogged up. She sighed softly pressing her hand to her forehead trying to regain her composure. Her book laid besides her where she had left it when she had her little nap. She took her glasses off wiping the fog away frustrated that she had this dream for about 5 days now. Thats when she noticed on her hand that the curse was awaken again. Vines spread throughout her body like a virus in the bloodstream. It trailed all over her fingers and arms.
Tama put her hand to her heart knowing that it was beating rapidly. She took a deep breath in and out trying to calm herself down with using this tactic. The vines started to reside to her back almost like ants going to their ant hole to support the ant queen. In this case the rose on her back was the ant queen and the vines were the ants.
Tama pushed herself off the ground. Her black sweater was a bit too big for her. It came over her small butt and the sleeves went past her fingers. Her pants were really baggy as they didn't even cling to the girl’s legs at all. her shoes were worn out and were men shoes. This girl didn’t even look at a girl. She looked like an orphan boy. Her black hair was thick and glossy that held some leaves in it from laying down on the grass.
When Tama was walking. She saw a man in the basketball court. She opened the gate door to get a better look at him. He was dressed in good clothing, expensive clothing. He had a cute face although it did not mean anything to Tama. She knew that he must be human since she had not seen him at the DWMA. She sat a little farther away from him so that she can keep an eye on him while he was sleeping. She didn’t want some bad guy come in here and harsh the poor guy that wanted to just sleep.
Pulling her knees to her chest. She rested her book there and began to read a story about the history of Cuba. She had no idea why she was reading only that she saw it on the school shelve. Her big rimmed glasses pressed closer to her face. Although at times she would look at the boy to see if he was fine.

Slowly Felix's eye lids peeled back, allowing the black, star specked sky, to reflect off of his yellow irises. In silence, he simply stared up at the sky, mind blank as remnants of his dream faded away into non-existence. Had it been a good dream? Or perhaps a nightmare. Which ever it had been, it had not left a lasting impression on his consciousness to really matter. It took a mere moments for the grogginess to disappear, and once it did, Felix became fully aware of why he had awakened already. Lifting his head, slowly as to not cause to muscles to crap from sudden movement, he turned his gaze to the individual not far from himself. It was apparent to him that this person was watching over him.
Messed hair, large and baggy clothes, matched up with the massive pair of glasses, well, made it quite difficult to deduce the gender of his new-found guardian was. However, the subtler things gave the girl away. Her skin, the bone structure of her face and the visible texture of her hair were as obvious a sign to him as a large chest was to a thick-skulled redneck. During his short lifespan, he had not dealt with very many people near his own age. Being home schooled did not give him exposure to children, and being part of a secret society kind of consumed any free time he may have had to go out and socialize with others.
Re-positioning his body, he adjusted himself to a better sitting position more suited for having a conversation with another. "Thank you miss, for watching over me while I slept. I did not think I would have dosed off so easily," He spoke carefully and clearly, making it obvious that he was speaking to the young woman, not that there was anyone else around to get confused with regardless. He laid his hands on his legs, pressing them flat to keep his fingers from twitching. Though he did not feel it now, he knew that eventually Asura would creepy out of whatever dark hole he was in, and being to whisper in his ear. Whispers that would make him want to sheath his hidden knife.

He was sleeping for too long. Tama thought in her head. The sky had turned black and she was almost done with her book. She had been here for hours now. It irritated her to the fullest that she was so easy going on humans. Although she didn’t want to go back to the DWMA and learn. She rather just read a good book and fall asleep, but although one problem with that is that she couldn’t sleep. She watched couples pass by and even some DWMA students. She didn’t mind seeming like shes stalker. Tama really didn’t care anything about people.
The dark haired girl snorted and looked around to make sure he was talking to her. She let out a single sign and got to her feet, she closed her book with a loud shut. She stood there like a man. “Well i give you credit that you got my gender right.” She said in a raspy voice that was neither soft nor smoothing. She pushed her glasses up further to her eyes. Her eyes on the young man once again. She only watched him to make sure no kishin got to him. It would be an unlikely sight to find him in the newspaper saying that he was killed.
“I was just making sure nothing harmed you. That is all. Boys like yourself shouldn’t be sleeping in random areas. Who knows what might get you.” Tama said putting her other hand on her small hip while the other dangled with the book. She was mostly talking about Kishins. She knew the horrors of what they would do to a cute boy like him. “If you're homeless i could arrange some things.” She then got thinking that maybe this kid was a runaway. Tama had found many runaway’s but never that dressed the way he did.

Felix smiled softly at her misplaced concern for him. She feared that something might snatch him up and gobble his poor little soul. It never occurred to her that he might be the one searching for a poor innocent child to consume. From what Asura had told him, the first soul would be the one that he would remember forever, and would always savor it. Because of that, he had been really picky so far, as for deciding who would be his first victim. "How kind of you, for both, your protection and your offer. I am not homeless though. I am, what is it called... Ah, a nomad. I dislike living in one place for very long, I prefer to wander from place to place."
With a heavy sigh, Felix pushed himself up from the bench, turning his body to face the girl. "I should introduce myself to my guardian, don't you think?" He said with a smile. Reaching up, he removed his Mao cap from his head, holding it over his chest as he spoke once again, "I am Felix J. Victor, at your service. I am going to go out on a limb here and say that you are a student of the DWMA." Carefully, he placed the Mao cap back on his head, and then straighten his jacket out, having became wrinkled during his slumber on the bench.
"With that said, I must ask, where is your partner? If I have heard correctly, you travel in pairs. A Meister and a Weapon, correct? I have never truly met one of either, so this is quite the unique moment for me," Despite the friendly tone, and the soft smile, his eyes remained dark with every word he said. There had never been any kind of light behind his eyes. Did that mean he was evil? Or perhaps he was not truly alive inside.

Tama signed a little, letting out a small yawn. She rubbed the back of her head. Her eyes lingered over his body. Fleix. Strange name. She thought in her head. Usually that is all she ever do. Was think.. in her head. It was pretty normal for a girl like her. She never talked to anyone, never had any friends. Although this guy was making pretty good accusations about her. Like she was an open book to him. Interesting man. He would make a good.. fortune teller. Yup fortune teller. that would be good for his occupation. Tama put that in her head for a note to herself. It would not be good to tell a young boy that he should be a fortune teller. Although she might as well since he was a nomad. It would probably come in handy.
“They call me Tama.. Tama Lyre. Or the Witches Curse.” Vines started to come on to her skin like snakes. The vines wrapping around itself as Tama told who she is. “Yes I am from the DWMA. I'm a meister. No i do not have a weapon and i probably will never have one.” The vines circling her neck going up to her face. Her fingers now engulfed by the vines. “I aim to be a Vice principal of the school or maybe even higher.” She said in a deep voice. “I think i’ve asked all of your questions. Its my turn right?” Tama cross her arms over her chest and licked her lips.
“If you're a nomad then where are you staying?” She wanted to make sure he was safe from the kishin in the night. “If you know about the DWMA then you should know what lurks in the dark.” Her eyes scraped across his features. He was a nice young man. Not handsome, but nice. Although there was something about his eyes. His eyes that left a deep impression in her mind. “Unless you know something i don’t..” The soft wind, sent a chill down her spine. “One more question. Are you hungry?” Tama said rubbing the back of her head. It had been awhile since she had eaten something, by now the witch's curse had traveled away from her face, and fingers, and arms going towards her back.

Felix was not use to being questioned like so... An far more accurate statement would be, he was not use to being question at all, actually. Since he murdered his parents, he hadn't really talk to anyone that was, well, actually there. Just the occasional conversation with Asura and that was about it. He had to admit, it was quite nice to converse with someone who was real and not just a hallucination created by his own madness. To Tama's first question, Felix merely smiled with a look that said "I will never tell." Here next question did make him raise an eyebrow though. The way she spoke, made it seem like there was some one in this town that was killing people. That was very odd, especially since he was sure he wasn't the culprit, or at least, he didn't think so. It wouldn't be the first time that he would have killed someone while in a hallucination and not realize it.
Then there was the third question, he felt he would answer, though it would not be much of one in the least, or maybe she would be able to pull more information out of his words than most. "It is quite possible that I know a great deal that you do not, but the same can be say about you. Rarely will you find someone that does not know something that you do not know, not matter how mundane it may be," He laughed lightly after he was do with his little spill. Despite all things, he found himself actually enjoying Tama's company, Perhaps it was because he was always alone.
Her finally question did cause him to bite his tongue, oddly enough. Was she inviting him to go and eat with her? Why would she ask a complete strange, a boy that she had know for less than ten minutes. Was this also because of her honor bound duty that she felt from being a student of the DWMA, or perhaps was she also enjoying his company. "I am quite hungry actually."

Tama looked at him with a small smile. Her eyes danced across his body, “Good because you’re buying.” She said in a friendly tone. She had to admit she was enjoying this boy’s company. He was such an interesting creature.Usually she would shrug people off or not even care about. Although he caught caught her attention. he was much different than other humans and she liked that about him. He certainly was not annoying like the rest of them. He didn’t call her any names because of her tattoo. Her big round glasses stopped glaring from the sun and they looked at him. Big bright purple eyes gazed at him for instant although they hid back behind the glasses.
A grumbling noise came from her stomach. “I know this good place not too far. It isn’t expensive.” She took her glasses off cleaning the lens. Her purple eyes fluttered ever so softly. She looked at him although could barely see. He looked like a blur. Her long eyelashes, popped out her eyes even more. She actually looked sort of like a girl. “And its not that far.” Tama looked back down at her glasses and put them back on pressing them up to her nose.
“Its a fast food place. Although i do know this really good sushi place.” Tama then walked towards him. She held out her hand. “I also forgotten.. People usually do these sorts of things.” Her other hand was on her hip. The black sleeve was to her knuckles. You could really tell that Tama was no girl looking person. Her clothes were way too baggy for her skinny body. Her big round glasses made her look like nerd. Although there were some parts that were feminine. The way she holds herself with such a straight back. Her skin look creamy and soft like a baby’s. Her hands were as gentle as a mothers.
“I also heard in some other countries that they do some kissing thing. Although I don’t see you as the type to kiss.” It was meant as a joke, but Tama’s roughness made it sound like she was serious. Tama felt that it was hard to make her voice sound sweet and jokingly so it mostly stayed the same tone. Her lips curled in a smile that was good enough to be called a smile.

Felix couldn't help, but let out a hearty chuckle at Tama's quick response to his agreement to dining with her. She certainly refreshing from isolation, and the more they talked, the more Felix was glad that he had not killed her the moment he had laid eyes upon her small frame. "As a gentleman, I would have been inclined to pay regardless. Though your forwardness is definitely appreciated haha!" He smiled as he spoke, once again, it did not reach his eyes. Much to his surprise, he got his first look at Tama's eyes merely moments after he spoke. As the lgiht changed, the glare on her glasses vanish, he couldn't help but let his jaw slack a little at the sight of her beautiful purple eyes. He had never seen eyes like her's and it made him feel warm just seeing them. It was like looking at a toy from one's childhood, or looking at a picture of the past.
"Price doesn't really bother me too much, I don't know of any place anyway, so I'm just glad you do," He watch as she pulled her glasses off to clean them, giving him a better look at her eyes. They were definitely her best feature, he was sure a lot of people said that about a lot of other people, but for Tama, it was amazingly true. Everything about her was pretty much gender-neutral at first glance, but those eyes could not be confused for that of a man's.
Felix looked at Tama's outstretched hand. This was a foreign gesture to him, seeing that people never interacted with him, and the only ones that ever had had treated him as something not human, a weapon, a means to an end. Shrugging, he grasped her hand firmly, looking at her with an expression that sound "Now what?" though he did not speak his confusion aloud.

"a gentlemen and a rich boy.." Tama said in a her monotone voice as she eyed him up. "Should we call you prince Felix?" She asked in a sarcastic voice. A smirk appeared over her lips as she teased him. When their hands grasped together. Her skin crawled. His hand was firm and warm. Something stirred inside her belly. Although she quickly ignored it, shaking that feeling away.Tama looked at their hands and then blushed. He wasn't letting go. Tama's hand started sweating. She had never held a person's hand so long, even a guys. Her glasses fogged up. Tama pulled her hand away and then looked away from him. She was so embarrassed by this. Tama then looked away from Felix. "W-w-w-we should go." Tama mentally slapped herself. She was being such a damn weirdo. She never acted this way.
Tama then looked at him and took her glasses off again wiping the fog off of her glasses. She looked at him as she wiped. "There is a small noddle place up a head. Noddles sound good." Tama put her glasses back on and started walking. "They have the best soup. The noodles are always cooked in a good way." Tama looked at the night sky. The stars were so bright out it was like nothing in the world mattered. If the world wasn't infested with Akuma, Tama would spend all her nights looking at the stars from a meadow. Loving the way the grass felt as it prickled her skin, the way the air smelled so crisp and freshen and the way the stars were so bright and big and the millions of worlds out there.
Tama opened her mouth to say something but held it in as she led the way to the noddle shop that wasn't that far. Her senses on the look out for any Akuma. She was close to Felix making sure she could protect him. She didn't want him to die for some reason. Like there was something special about him.
